Baratza 30AP
The Baratza Sette 30 AP (All Purpose) is the entry level grinder in the Sette range but by no means is the performance and features of this grinder entry level! Baratza Sette 270Wi
Take all the heavyweight features from the Baratza Sette 270 and then add the holy grail of the Coffee Conoscenti – grind by weight function, using scales from Acacia and you now have the Sette 270Wi. The scales are accurate to within 1/10 of a gram and you can program 3 doses. There’s also a quick burst function, which works just like a little bit more function on a toaster. Whilst the scales are the hero function on this grinder, lets not forget that the 270Wi features modern straight through design which means adjustments are instant and leaves virtually zero grind retention!
