    Basil - Thai

    Thai Basil has a distinctly different flavour, it is sweet flavoured and has a liquorice taste. Basil is best added at the end of your cooking, roughly chopped and pairs perfectly with beef, capsicum, chicken, chilli, eggs, green leaf salads, olive oil, onions, pasta, tomatoes & zucchini. It's a great source of vitamin C and dietary fibre.
