Izzo was founded in Naples in 1979 by Vincenzo and has been producing high quality and exceptional espresso coffee machines for over 40 years and the Izzo Vivi PID lives up to their brand name. This compact 1 group machine has a 1.8L built in water tank meaning that the machine is completely self contained, and you do not require plumbing to make excellent coffee. The Vivi PID is a heat exchange machine, which has been paired with PID controls and shot timers to ensure that the home barista can continuously and consistently produce amazing coffee, in the comfort of their own home. The PID will also go a long way in keeping your shots and temperature super consistent. What should I do if I am having difficulties with getting my product to work?

If you are experiencing problems operating your product, we strongly recommend that you contact us. It is our experience that often when customers believe the product they have purchased is faulty; it can usually be resolved with some basic ‘troubleshooting’.

What should I do if I have changed my mind and want to return a product?

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind or have chosen poorly. Should we decide to accept a return, a restocking fee of 30% + any credit card charges which we cannot recover is applied to all returns of items held in stock. Special order items or items customised for you cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on new equipment that is now used equipment nor of equipment without packaging. Return freight to us is payable by you.
