Not only does the new display let you program both a single and a double shot, but you can now also program a third shot to fit specialty shots or coffee. Pairing this feature with large 83mm flat burrs and a display that shows the burr lifespan, grind statistics and updatable firmware, your grinder will remain consistent shot after shot. The Mazzer Major V also comes with an easy to clean grind chamber, and a very low retention rate, meaning you will never waste beans again. These extra features, along with a large 1.6kg bean hopper and stepless micrometrical grind adjustment make the Major V a must in any cafe, bar or restaurants.
