The WaterGrinder gives you a full, upper-body workout, including arms, shoulders, chest, abs/core and all back musculatures. Your upper body joints and spine will be provided with all the right motion and strain stimulus, necessary to maintain elasticity and resilience. Our legs are made to sustain continuous work and strain throughout the day, making it more of a challenge to effectively stimulate these muscles. Our arms, however, are mostly engaged for shorter spurts of strain. The WaterGrinder guarantees rapid muscle fatigue through short and highly efficient workout sessions, conditioning strength and endurance simultaneously. When exercising on the WaterGrinder, the upper body is upright: back and ab/core
