The two Shiraz vineyards from which this wine is sourced complement each other well – The Marananga block provides intense, old vine produce with particular “blue fruit” offerings. Lively grape tannins provide structure and focus from start to finish. Individually selected Cabernet Sauvignon parcels were chosen to achieve an elegant, stylish and varietal wine. Sourced from premium vineyards, each block expresses the terroir of the land it was harvested. Each batch was matured in oak and the final blend showcases the layers of flavour and tannin profile desired. This wine provides lifted varietal aroma, a rich mid palate and complex, well-ripened tannins that show power and structure.
